【Headlines today】Science and technology pioneer shows China's power, Yingchuang 3D printed isolation house arrives in Xianning every other day

On February 11, at the Qingpu factory of Yingchuang Construction Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., 15 quasi-fashion houses in the isolation house set off and drove to Shanghai to Hubei. On February 12, 15 isolated houses passed over 800 kilometers and reached Xianning City, Hubei Province. On February 13, 15 isolated houses were put into use at the Central Hospital of Xianning, Hubei.

It is understood that the 15 isolated houses donated to Hubei this time were manufactured by Yingxin Innovation Materials (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. using 3D printing technology in one day. Building materials, steel slag from steel mills, and desert sand can all be used as printing "inks". A 3D printer can work for 24 hours to print a dozen huts. After the air-conditioning, toilet, shower and other facilities are installed inside the cabin, it can instantly become a closed and insulated "outbreak house".

The chairman of Yingchuang Ma Yihe introduced that the 15 isolated houses donated are based on Yingchuang's independent design and development of 3D printed shared houses. The walls and hollow grids are integrated into an area of about 10 square meters. The height is 2.8 meters. It adopts the shell structure and integrated printing molding. The overall force is uniform, wind and shock resistance, and it has the effect of heat insulation.

It is understood that the isolated house has a simple structure and high strength, which is extremely convenient for transportation and hoisting. It can be directly used when it is transported to the site and placed on the ground for electrical appliances. And it has good expandability, it can be moved and spliced at any time to adapt to a variety of scenes.
