News-Yingchuang Building Technique (Shanghai)Co.Ltd. (WinSun)
Welcome Zhou Jianguo, deputy director of Shanghai Water Affairs Bureau, and his party to visit WINSUN for investigation and research

On August 30, Zhou Jianguo, deputy director of the Shanghai Water Affairs Bureau, Zhang Haiyan, director of the Shanghai Construction Management Office, Su Yaojun and Wu Hao, deputy directors, Gu Shenghua, director of the Shanghai Science and Technology Information Office (Social Propaganda Office), and Ye Xiaofeng, deputy director Leaders came to our company for investigation and investigation, and gave guidance on the R&D, design and application of architectural 3D printing digital technology in water conservancy engineering, waterway management, river and lake revetment and other fields. Ma Yihe, chairman of WINSUN Construction Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Sun Yue, design director, accompanied the whole process.

At the exchange meeting, Chairman Ma Yihe made an introduction for the visiting leaders, and exchanged views on the research and application work done by our company in the two aspects of architectural 3D printing digital technology and river management. Firstly, we introduced 156 kinds of new building 3D printing digital materials independently developed by our company for the recycling of solid waste. The performance ranges from conventional C30 to C150. It has multiple application scenarios and can realize construction solid waste, decorative solid waste, industrial solid waste and mine tailings. The high value-added comprehensive utilization of sand and other solid waste resources provides innovative ways for energy saving and carbon reduction, resource regeneration, and environmental improvement.

The 3D printing secondary revetment on the left bank of the Sushen Outer Harbor Line Channel Improvement Project is a breakthrough, demonstrative and typical application of WINSUN 3D printing digital green buildings in channel management. The revetment is printed in sections and installed section by section. Each section of the revetment structure is 4 meters long and weighs about 5 tons. The construction waste after special treatment is used as one of the printing raw materials to realize the recycling of construction materials. At the same time, the construction 3D printing technology can reduce the difficulty of engineering construction and improve construction efficiency. The revetment has good integrity and smooth lines, which can effectively protect against waves and currents, and plant green plants to add luster to the new waterway with "beautiful water, beautiful shore and beautiful environment".

The application of architectural 3D printing digital technology in the field of waterway governance has promoted the formation of quality inspection standards for 3D printed revetment engineering in inland waterways. In 2021, the Suzhou Port and Shipping Center will lead the establishment of a compilation team, relying on the waterway improvement project of the Sushen Outer Port Line (Jiangsu Section) and the sound barrier project of the Suzhou Ring Expressway, and propose the quality of 3D printed revetment components and sound barrier components for traffic engineering. Inspection requirements, and carry out standard research accordingly. During the period, Suzhou Port and Shipping Center, Water Transport Index, City Ring Company, Huashe Design Group and WINSUN Construction Technology Co., Ltd. cooperated with multiple parties to conduct field research and organize experts to conduct project demonstrations to ensure that the formulation of standards is legal and compliant, and there are examples argument. In December 2021, the "Quality Inspection Standards for 3D Printing Revetment Works and Sound Barrier Works for Traffic Engineering" passed the technical review of the Jiangsu Comprehensive Transportation Society. In January 2022, the Jiangsu Comprehensive Transportation Society officially released the standard, which will be officially implemented in March.

During the exchange, Zhou Jianguo, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Water Affairs Bureau, said that architectural 3D printing digital technology is a cutting-edge and practical innovative technology, which has great potential in realizing organic integration with water conservancy projects, waterway management and other fields. The research and development of digital new materials has made "urban regeneration mine" possible, and created a new focus for the construction of "waste-free city" and "urban renewal". In the future, we hope to maintain a positive interaction with WINSUN, jointly promote the wider application of architectural 3D printing digital technology in water affairs, and promote the early formation of more complete industry standards and norms for architectural 3D printing digital technology.

In the future, WINSUN will focus on innovative research and development, conduct simulation experiments on 3D printed buildings and building components in terms of anti-aging, anti-fatigue, and compressive strength, and contribute to the long-term development of building 3D printing digital technology and the industry.
